Sanjeevani Art & Crafts is a Delhi-based artisan studio specialising in premium handcrafted God statues, 3D wall murals, terracotta home decor, and custom artisan gifting. Our studio is located at Shop No. 405, near Metro Pillar No. 120, MG Road, Ghitorni, New Delhi — 110030. We have been creating handcrafted art pieces and serving clients across India since 2010.
We make a wide range of handcrafted products including: fiber and polyresin God statues and murtis (Ganesha, Durga, Shiva, Hanuman, Radha Krishna, and many more), custom 3D wall murals and canvas art, terracotta pots and pottery, home decor gift sets, garden sculptures, and large outdoor statues. We also take on fully custom statue and wall art commissions for temples, hotels, hospitals, and businesses.
Yes — every single product that leaves our studio is genuinely handcrafted. Our statues are made using the traditional hand-layup fiber process and individually hand-painted by our artisans. Our terracotta products are made by skilled potters using traditional kiln-firing techniques. We do not resell mass-produced items — we manufacture every piece in our own Delhi studio. You can visit us in person at any time to see the craft process yourself.
Yes! You are most welcome to visit our studio-cum-showroom in Ghitorni, New Delhi. We display our full range of products and you can see our artisans at work. Please call or WhatsApp us before visiting so we can arrange for someone to assist you properly. Our contact number is 09871450684.
Not at all! While we are based in Delhi, we deliver our products across all states in India. We use professional courier services with secure foam packaging to ensure safe delivery of even large and fragile items. We have delivered to customers in Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, and hundreds of smaller cities and towns. Pan India delivery is a core part of our service.
Absolutely! For standard products, you can see photos on our website and request additional angles via WhatsApp. For custom orders, we share hand-drawn design sketches and digital mockups before going into production. For bulk orders, we can create a physical sample piece for your approval before running the full order — though sample charges may apply for complex custom pieces.
The fastest way to reach us is via WhatsApp on 9871450684 — most of our team responds within 1 to 2 hours during business hours (10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Saturday). You can also email us at Info@sanjeevaniartncrafts.com, call us on 09871450684, or fill the contact form on our website. For bulk and custom orders, WhatsApp with photos and measurements gets you the fastest response.
Yes, we have special pricing for wholesale buyers, interior designers, retailers, gifting companies, event organizers, and institutions. The wholesale pricing starts at a minimum order quantity that varies by product. Please contact us directly on WhatsApp or email to discuss your specific requirements and we will share our wholesale price list.
Our products are among the most popular gifting choices in India. We offer ready-to-gift packaging on most products and can create custom gift hampers and sets for Diwali, weddings, housewarming, corporate gifting, and other occasions. We can also add personalised gift notes and arrange direct delivery to your recipients.
Great question! The key difference is that Sanjeevani products are genuine handcrafted pieces made in our own studio — not factory-produced imports. Our artisans spend hours on each piece, and the quality of material, painting, and finishing is significantly superior to mass-produced items. Our statues are built to last years, not months. We believe when you see and compare in person, the difference is immediately obvious.

For standard catalogue products, we typically require 100% payment in advance for orders below ₹5,000. For orders between ₹5,000 and ₹25,000, we request 50% advance and the balance before dispatch. For large custom orders and institutional orders above ₹25,000, we offer a 40% advance / 60% before dispatch arrangement. These terms can be discussed based on the nature of the order.

Most of our products are made to order — so technically nothing is ever truly "out of stock." If a specific design is not currently in production, we can make it for you with a standard lead time of 7 to 20 working days depending on complexity. Contact us with your specific product requirement and we will confirm the timeline.
For standard products, modification or cancellation is possible within 24 hours of order placement — before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are not possible but modifications may still be accommodated depending on the stage. For custom orders, once the design is approved and advance is paid, we cannot issue full refunds as production materials and artisan time are committed. Please review our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.
Yes! Our website shows a curated selection of our most popular products, but we create many more designs in our studio. If you have a specific statue, wall art design, or home decor piece in mind that you do not see listed, please contact us with a description or reference image. We will tell you if we can make it and provide a quote.
Delivery & Shipping
10 questions
Delivery timeline has two parts — production time and shipping time. For standard catalogue products already in stock, dispatch happens within 3 to 5 working days. For made-to-order products, production takes 7 to 20 working days depending on size and complexity. Shipping after dispatch typically takes 3 to 7 business days pan India. We will always give you a realistic delivery estimate when you place your order.
Yes! We deliver to all states and union territories across India, including remote areas. This includes North-East India, Jammu & Kashmir, Andaman & Nicobar, and Lakshadweep — though delivery to very remote areas may take a few extra days and certain size restrictions may apply. Contact us to confirm delivery feasibility for large items to your specific location.
We take packaging extremely seriously because we know how fragile and precious handcrafted statues and art pieces can be. All products are individually wrapped in multiple layers of protective foam, then packed in sturdy double-walled corrugated boxes. Large statues get custom-sized foam inserts. We have a less than 0.5% damage rate over thousands of deliveries.
We are extremely sorry if this ever happens! Please follow these steps: (1) Take photos and a short video of the packaging and the damaged item before removing it fully from the box. (2) WhatsApp us the photos within 48 hours of delivery. (3) We will arrange a free replacement or refund after reviewing the photos. Do not discard any packaging until we have reviewed the damage.
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, we send you the courier company name and tracking number via WhatsApp. You can track your shipment directly on the courier's website or app.
For standard-sized products already in stock, we can sometimes arrange 1 to 2 day dispatch with premium courier for urgent requirements. Additional courier charges apply. For custom or made-to-order products, production time cannot be shortened but we can prioritise your order in our production queue for an additional charge. Please contact us for urgent order requirements.
Shipping charges depend on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Smaller items (below 5 kg) typically cost ₹100 to ₹300 for shipping anywhere in India. Larger and heavier items may cost more. For bulk orders above a certain value, we often offer free shipping. The exact shipping charge will be included in your order confirmation and quote.
Currently we primarily serve customers within India. However, for large institutional or commercial orders (temples abroad, NRI clients, etc.), we do arrange international shipping on a case-by-case basis. Additional customs, duties, and international freight charges apply. Please contact us to discuss your international delivery requirement.
Yes! For large outdoor statues (4 feet and above) and for customers in Delhi NCR, we can arrange on-site installation by our team. For customers outside Delhi NCR, we provide detailed installation guides and support over WhatsApp video call. Installation service charges vary by size and location.
Yes! You are very welcome to visit our studio and collect your order in person. We are located in Ghitorni, New Delhi. Self-collection saves you shipping charges and also gives you the opportunity to inspect your order before taking it. Please call ahead to confirm your collection date and time.
Custom Orders
10 questions
Yes, absolutely! Custom sizing is one of our specialities. We regularly create statues in sizes beyond what is listed on our website — from miniature 6-inch gift pieces to grand 15-foot temple installations. Simply tell us the exact height (and width/depth if critical) you need and we will provide a custom quote and production timeline.
Yes — we can create statues in specific traditional poses (mudras), with particular attributes, weapons, or ornaments based on your requirements. We work from reference images you provide, traditional iconographic texts (Shilpa Shastra), or a combination of both. Please share your reference and we will confirm what is achievable and at what price.
Yes. We have created statues of many regional deity forms such as Siddhivinayak (Mumbai-style Ganesha), Vitthal of Pandharpur, Vaishno Devi, Ayyappa, and many more. If you need a specific regional or traditional form, share a reference image and our artisans will study it carefully before confirming.
For most custom statue designs, our minimum order is just 1 piece — yes, we do single custom pieces! For very complex originals that require a new mold to be created, there may be a mold-making charge that makes single pieces less economical. In those cases, ordering 2 or more pieces significantly reduces the per-unit cost. We will always advise you honestly on the most economical approach.
Custom order timelines depend on complexity. A standard custom size of an existing design takes 7 to 15 working days. A new pose or design requiring a new mold takes 20 to 30 working days. Very large statues (8 feet and above) typically take 30 to 45 working days. We will confirm the exact timeline when you place the order.
Yes! For bulk corporate orders (minimum typically 50 pieces), we can engrave or stencil your company name, logo, or a custom message on the base or back of the product. We can also create fully custom branded packaging with your company design. Please discuss your branding requirements with our team when placing a bulk order.
Yes — large outdoor installations are one of our biggest areas of work. We create weatherproof fiber statues from 4 feet to 15 feet for temple entrances, housing society grounds, hotel gardens, commercial building entrances, and public spaces. We can also arrange delivery and installation guidance specially for large pieces. Share the dimensions and location requirements for a custom quote.
For the smoothest custom order experience, please share: (1) The deity or subject you need, (2) The specific pose or reference image, (3) Required size (height, and any width/depth constraints), (4) Material preference (fiber, polyresin, marble finish, etc.), (5) Where it will be placed (indoor/outdoor), (6) Your timeline and budget range. With this information, our team can give you an accurate quote and timeline within 24 hours.
Yes! All our 3D wall murals are made fully to order. We can create any theme — spiritual (Radha Krishna, Ganesha, Om, any deity), nature (forest, bamboo, river, mountains), abstract, geometric, or completely custom designs. Share your wall dimensions, preferred theme, and colour palette for a custom mural quote.
Yes, we provide design sketches or digital reference images for custom orders before production begins. For mural designs, we create a digital composition for your approval. For custom statue poses, we share reference images and a detailed description of how the final piece will look. We do not begin production until you have formally approved the design.
Returns & Refunds
10 questions
We offer returns within 7 days of delivery for standard catalogue products that are delivered in a damaged or defective condition, or if the wrong item is delivered. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind after delivery for custom-made or made-to-order items. Please read our full Refund & Returns Policy page for complete details.
Please take photos and a video of the damaged product and its packaging within 48 hours of delivery. Send these to us on WhatsApp (9871450684) or email (Info@sanjeevaniartncrafts.com). Once we verify the damage, we will arrange a free replacement or issue a refund depending on product availability and your preference. Do not dispose of any packaging until we have reviewed.
For standard products: if the product has not been used and is in its original unopened packaging, you may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer in change-of-mind cases. For custom-made or made-to-order products, we cannot accept returns as the product was made specifically for you.
Exchanges are possible for standard products within 7 days if the original product is undamaged and in original packaging. Exchange shipping costs are borne by the buyer. For custom orders, exchanges are possible only if we made an error in the order (wrong size, wrong design) compared to what was confirmed in writing.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days. The refund is credited back to the original payment method (bank transfer or UPI). We will confirm the refund amount and timeline in writing once the return is approved.
Custom-made products are generally not eligible for returns or full refunds since they are made specifically to your design, size, and specifications. However, if there is a clear manufacturing defect or if we have made an error in the order (delivered the wrong design or size compared to the confirmed order), we will absolutely replace or refund at no cost to you.
We take great care to clearly mention sizes on all product listings. If the product is the size that was communicated and confirmed at the time of order, size-related dissatisfaction is unfortunately treated as change-of-mind. To avoid this, always confirm dimensions carefully before ordering and feel free to ask us for comparison photos showing the product next to a common object (like a coin or a bottle).
The following product categories cannot be returned: Custom-made statues and wall murals (made to specific order), products damaged due to improper handling or storage by the customer, products without original packaging, products returned after 7 days of delivery, and festival/gifting items that have been opened and used.
For genuine defect or wrong-item returns, there is no restocking fee — we bear the full cost of replacement or refund. For change-of-mind returns, there is no restocking fee but the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and the original shipping charge is not refunded.
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you feel the quality does not meet the standard shown on our website or communicated during the order, please contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will review and — if the quality concern is valid — arrange a replacement, rework, or refund. We have an extremely low complaint rate because we maintain strict quality standards, but we take every concern seriously.
Care & Maintenance
10 questions
Cleaning a fiber statue is very simple. Use a soft dry cloth or a soft-bristle brush to remove dust gently. For slightly stuck dirt, you can use a barely damp cloth — but avoid soaking the surface or using wet cleaning directly. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners, alcohol-based products, or abrasives as they can damage the painted surface. For deeply ingrained dirt in intricate details, a soft toothbrush works well.
Our outdoor statues are made with UV-resistant and weatherproof coating specifically for outdoor display in Indian weather conditions. However, for maximum longevity, we recommend: keeping the statue under a covered outdoor area rather than in direct rain, cleaning off bird droppings promptly, applying a thin coat of automotive clear wax once a year to freshen the protective coating, and securing large statues to their base to avoid wind damage.
Yes! Minor paint chips on fiber statues can be touched up with standard acrylic paints in matching colours. We are happy to advise on the correct colour code for your specific statue over WhatsApp. For larger repairs, you can also send the statue back to our studio in Delhi for a professional rework at a nominal charge — excluding shipping costs.
Our statues are painted with high-quality acrylic paints and finished with UV-resistant lacquer coating. For indoor statues, the colour should remain vibrant for 5 to 10 years with normal care. For outdoor statues, the UV coating provides 3 to 5 years of colour stability in normal conditions. Renewing the clear coat occasionally and avoiding prolonged direct exposure to harsh sunlight extends the life significantly.
Terracotta is a natural material and needs gentle care. Do not soak terracotta in water for extended periods. Clean with a dry cloth or a barely damp cloth. Avoid placing terracotta in humid or constantly wet environments as it can develop moss or crack. For terracotta used as planters, ensure there is drainage to prevent water logging. A light coating of coconut oil on unglazed terracotta every few months helps maintain its lustre.
Use a soft dry paintbrush (like a 1-inch wide watercolour brush) to gently sweep dust out of the grooves and textured areas. A can of compressed air is also very effective for deep grooves. Avoid using damp cloths directly on textured surfaces as water can get trapped in grooves. For stubborn marks on flat painted areas, a barely damp soft cloth is fine.
Yes, you can repaint your statue with standard acrylic paints — the fiber surface takes paint very well. Lightly sand the old surface first if there are any rough areas, then apply a thin coat of acrylic gesso primer before painting for best results. Finish with a coat of clear acrylic varnish to protect the new paint. Our team is happy to advise on the process over WhatsApp.
The paints used on our statues and terracotta products are standard artist-grade acrylic paints which are generally considered safe once dried. However, our products are decorative items — not toys — and are not intended for children to handle, mouth, or play with unsupervised. For home mandir use where small children are present, we recommend placing statues out of their easy reach.
If your statue has a metal stand or fixing bracket that has started to rust, clean the rust marks with a paste of baking soda and water applied with a cloth, left for 10 minutes, then wiped clean. For the metal itself, lightly sand the rust, apply a rust converter, and finish with a coat of outdoor spray paint. Alternatively, contact us for a replacement bracket.
Store fiber and polyresin statues in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Wrap them in soft cloth or bubble wrap before storing. Do not stack heavy items on top of statues. Avoid storing in damp basements or areas with high humidity. Terracotta items should also be kept dry during storage and wrapped individually to prevent chipping.
