4. Orders & Pricing
- Submitting an enquiry or quote request does not constitute a binding order. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a written order confirmation from us.
- Prices quoted are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. GST at applicable rates will be charged on all invoices.
- Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply for wholesale and bulk orders. MOQ details are available on request.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment terms are agreed at the time of order confirmation.
- Standard terms for new customers: 100% advance payment. Credit terms may be extended to established customers at our discretion.
- We accept bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, and cheque payments.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- We deliver across India via reputed courier partners.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (courier delays, natural events, etc.).
- Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the shipment is handed over to the courier.
- Freight charges are additional unless stated as inclusive in the confirmed quotation.
7. Returns & Replacements
- Claims for damaged or defective goods must be raised within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.
- We will replace or issue a credit note for verified defective goods at our discretion.
- Returns for change-of-mind or ordering errors are not accepted unless specifically agreed in writing.
8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability
